Who says rugby football can only be played by men? Women can do what men can. And sometimes, women can do things better than men can. This article promotes the right of women to participate in sports activities, such as rugby.

Rugby football or what is simply called rugby is a game played with strength, endurance, and agility. These attributes are not possessed by men alone. In fact, there are women’s rugby leagues in the same way that there are such organizations for men.

The game’s mechanics remain the same. Like in men’s rugby league, the goal of the game is to send the ball to the opponent’s goal while the other team hinders it. Physical injuries are often suffered and inflicted on both sides during the game. The organizers won’t let harm befall the players, of course. Medical personnel and safety equipment and gear are on the ready for any untoward incident/s should they happen.
