Pedestals Can Be Used to Display Your Sculptures

Sculptures are different from paintings in a way that they are three-dimensional while paintings are just two-dimensional. Due to this three-dimensional nature, there are multiple viewing heights and viewing angles involved. Now, in case of busts it is very easy to determine the viewing angle. But, in case of other artistic sculptures, one needs to decide the best viewing height and viewing angle by placing the sculpture on different surfaces and viewing it from different angles. The best way of going about with this is that you need to place yourself in the sculptor’s place and imagine how he would have visualized the sculpture.
Sculpture pedestals are useful for displaying your sculpture collection. Now, the thumb rule when selecting a sculpture pedestal is that the pedestal should not be more artistic than the sculpture you are planning to display. Usually, there are complimentary pairs, i.e., bronze
